Gardens by the Bay
This is the only attraction we have seen in Singapore where we still have some deficiency that we did not experience it in full. We were confused by the official information found on internet that the place is open until 2 AM. Therefore, we left it for the end of the day. The open space of Gardens by the Bay including the Supertrees Grove is open until 2 AM indeed. However, its conservatories (the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forrest) close at 9 PM.
Gardens by the Bay is the landmark municipal project completed in 2012 that fits in the city’s strategy to convert it from the “Gardens in the city” to “The city in the garden”.
Certainly the best time to visit the place is the evening. However, you should be there early enough to visit the conservatories as well. An additional bonus is provided by Marina Bay Sands fronting the Gardens which flashes different colors on its facade.
